John Donne offers a wide range of school provisions.
- We offer a breakfast club that runs from 7:45am until 8:45am.
- We offer an After School Club facility from 3:15pm until 6:00pm
We feel that these clubs help the children explore their interests and help them develop communication skills outside of the normal school day.
The breakfast club runs from 7:45am to 8:45am daily in the lower hall.
Children come through the school office and into the school hall to be admitted.
A breakfast of: cereal (Weetabix or Cornflakes), bagels (butter and jam is always available) and milk or juice (orange or apple) and fresh fruit is provided between 7:45am and 8:30am.
(Children must arrive between 7:45am and 8:00am to be served breakfast).
From 8:30 to 8:45 children are provided with both indoor and outdoor activities. From 8:45 to 8:50am they put games and books away and put coats on ready to go to class. Children are supervised by four responsible adults and a senior member of teaching staff is available on site.
The cost of attending the club is either £12.50 a week or £2.50 a day.
Whilst attending Breakfast Club, normal school rules apply and children will be expected to follow them.
Parents have to complete a food allergies form when children first join and we also ask that parents commit to set days each week.
If you need any further information about Breakfast Club or to enquire about availability of spaces, please contact the school office.
Ultimate Sports Club (USC) After School Club
USC After School Club is run as an external activity club. Every day the children are offered different activities like gymnastics, dance, arts and crafts, cooking and multisport. These are not compulsory for the children; they can enjoy free play if they wish. The goal of the club is to offer a fun and safe environment for the children to enjoy and give them an opportunity to try new sports and activities.
The after school club runs from 3:15pm until 6:00pm and it costs £10.00 per child per day. There is a sibling discount rate of £7.50 for the youngest sibling.
There are limited spaces in the club therefore, if you would like your child to attend please contact Ricardo Gordon on 074 6397 8692 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability.
